The front desk ladies are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location, parking and access to supermarket, chemist and cafes is also very convenient. The availability of parking for our clients really adds value for our business.  Access to the boardrooms also means we are able to conduct confidential meetings whenever we want.   • I have been at 300 Richmond since 2006, at which time I was expanding my business from a home based business.  It has been a wonderful experience to date. I have expanded the business several times for various reasons and having the simplicity of 1 cost for everything and the ability to upsize or downsize quickly really takes a lot of stress out of that side of the business.
