Safepak Ltd has both office and on site storage facilities at 300 Richmond Road and the recent refurbishment and new café style facility have improved our working environment. In our opinion the 300 Richmond facility is geographically ideally situated close to the CBD and motorway feeders. The reception area is first class and offers phone, courier, postal and secretarial services that we use daily. Additionally, we utilise the meeting rooms that are available to all tenants, on a regular basis. In our opinion 300R is excellent value.

  • 300 Richmond is very well suited to small business owners looking for a professional office with the flexibility to utilise the other amenities on offer such as boardroom hire.  Recent downstairs renovations and the inclusion of a coffee machine has improved the facilities. The front desk ladies are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location, parking and access to supermarket, chemist and cafes is also very convenient.
