  • I have been at 300 Richmond since 2006, at which time I was expanding my business from a home based business.  It has been a wonderful experience to date. I have expanded the business several times for various reasons and having the simplicity of 1 cost for everything and the ability to upsize or downsize quickly really takes a lot of stress out of that side of the business. I have recently hooked into the new high-speed cable Internet service as we have had many issues with our own (high speed wireless) service, and I haven't had any issues with internet downtime or phone quality. The reception staff are friendly and I have utilitised their services on several occasions with great results.  I would highly recommend the 300 Richmond services to anyone wanting to have a sound home base or branch for seeing their business grow.

  • We run an office as well as a storage facility at 300 Richmond Road.  Our business supplies labels to manufacturers, wholesalers, growers, packaging houses and warehouse facilities.  This is a service industry and requires prompt replies to enquiries and requests. This often has us out of our office, making calls, drumming up new business.  While we are out of the office our phones are professionally answered by the reception centre, who also receive and send our deliveries, take messages, send us reminder notes, emails and whatever it takes to take care of our business when we are out. If we have customers who want to call on us there are a number of meeting rooms available.  There are several coffee/tea-making facilities available in the complex and a renowned Auckland café next door. The supporting staff here are very obliging, courteous and professional and in addition to this they have a sense of humour!
