  • I have been at 300 Richmond since 2006, at which time I was expanding my business from a home based business.  It has been a wonderful experience to date. I have expanded the business several times for various reasons and having the simplicity of 1 cost for everything and the ability to upsize or downsize quickly really takes a lot of stress out of that side of the business. I have recently hooked into the new high-speed cable Internet service as we have had many issues with our own (high speed wireless) service, and I haven't had any issues with internet downtime or phone quality. The reception staff are friendly and I have utilitised their services on several occasions with great results.  I would highly recommend the 300 Richmond services to anyone wanting to have a sound home base or branch for seeing their business grow.

  • 300 Richmond is very well suited to small business owners looking for a professional office with the flexibility to utilise the other amenities on offer such as boardroom hire.  Recent downstairs renovations and the inclusion of a coffee machine has improved the facilities. The front desk ladies are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location, parking and access to supermarket, chemist and cafes is also very convenient. The availability of parking for our clients really adds value for our business.  Access to the boardrooms also means we are able to conduct confidential meetings whenever we want.   • I have been a tenant at 300R for 15 years and find this place amazing. With the option of being able to move to different offices should my contract work change, it gives me the flexibility to upsize or downsize when needed. The people here are friendly and the receptionists are more than happy to help you when required. Carparking is included in our rent which is great and we’ve never had a problem finding parking onsite. With a month by month lease arrangement it certainly gives me the security that I don’t have to commit to long term lease agreement should my circumstances ever change. There are many other businesses onsite so there is an opportunity to network with others and develop business relationships. The venue has had a recent makeover of its cafeteria area and it looks great with a high quality café style coffee machine that makes fantastic flat whites.   • We would like to take this opportunity to  thank the staff at 300Richmond Ltd for their excellent service over the last 17 years. Safepak Ltd has both office and on site storage facilities at 300 Richmond Road and the recent refurbishment and new café style facility have improved our working environment. In our opinion the 300 Richmond facility is geographically ideally situated close to the CBD and motorway feeders. The reception area is first class and offers phone, courier, postal and secretarial services that we use daily. Additionally, we utilise the meeting rooms that are available to all tenants, on a regular basis. In our opinion 300R is excellent value.
